Andy’s been at VLV’s helm since the start. A punk legend with a love of black and hats, he’s travelled globally as part of The Mekons and as a Tour Manager dealing with visa applications on the road which is how it all began!

Head of Global Visas

Victoria (Tor) heads up the visa team here at VLV. She is known for her encyclopedic knowledge of immigration, particularly the EU post-Brexit! She is a mum to 4 children and enjoys swimming, paddle-boarding, and live music. If Tor doesn’t know it, it’s probably not worth knowing!

Senior Global Visa Specialist

Milli is an experienced Visa Specialist, working closely along side Tor to ensure things run smoothly. Milli has invaluable across the world knowledge, particularly with the USA. As a passionate animal lover, she shares her home with her bossy cat and chihuahua, Logi, who is a regular visitor to the office and an excellent guard dog, despite his stature!

Global Visa Specialist

Jane joins us from a travel & writing background. A diehard music fan, mum of 3, and techie nerd, her passions are travel, music, writing & social media. As well as her Visa Specialist duties, Jane also assists with technical systems and communications here at VLV.

UK Visa Specialist

Meredith heads up our UK department, she is OISC qualified and deals with all of our UK inbound applications.

Global Visa Specialist

Alex has a passion for anything USA related, if she isn't in the US or enjoying travelling the rest of the world you will find her curled up with her Cavalier King Charles - Belle, and a good old horror film! Alex looks after our EU enquires as well as assisting with the UK department.

Senior Administrator

Jess is a vital member of the team here at Viva La Visa, working closely alongside our Visa Specialists, she seems to be across everything at all times! Jess is a K pop fan, and in her spare time you will find her either baking or reading.

Visa & Office Administrator

Nell joins the VLV team as a Visa & Office Administrator, working closely alongside Jess. She is a graduate from Guildford School of Acting, and can play several instruments! Nell is also a massive Lord of The Rings nerd, but if shes not watching the lengthy films shes enjoying karate and dance in her free time!

Client Liaison

Flint is our friendly client liaison based in London. Any one who need to attend the US embassy will be met by Flint, to assist in the smooth running of their appointment. He also submits in person London based applications (and sometimes further afield!) as well as being on hand for last last minute collection and drop offs which always keep him busy!

Accounts & Finance Manager

Jess joins us with a wealth of financial, accounting and administration knowledge. As well as number-crunching and keeping on top of the VLV accounts, Jess is a key player in company strategising and works with Scarlett as part of VLV’s HR team.

Office Manager

Scarlett is our Office Manager so gets involves in wide range of things from recruitment to IT, she oversees the general running's here at VLV HQ. In her spare time you'll find Scarlett either gardening or going out on fun adventures with her son.
